      Standard self storage licence agreement between Elephant Storage Ltd, trading as Elephant Click and Store, Registered address: 17 Hibernian Est, Tallaght, Dublin 24, D24 K163 and storage customer. Note that these terms and conditions are accepted during customer sign up. You must read these in detail. By signing up, making payment and moving your contents in to Elephant Storage Ltd, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please advise us immediately if your contact details, including address, change. I acknowledge that these main points have been drawn to my attention and I have read and understood them.
      Self storage licence main points agreement*
      Main points (see full terms and conditions link above) - You own or are authorised to store the goods. - Storage fees must be paid in advance and on time. - Late payment fee: €10 + Vat of the storage fee, every 7 days storage charges are late. A bouncer fee is applied for bounced payments. - If you fail to comply with the conditions of this agreement, we will have the right to retain your deposit and to seize and sell or dispose of your goods. - You must secure the unit. - You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods. - Our liability for loss of and damage to goods is limited to €200. - Goods are stored at your sole risk. You must take out insurance cover. - We do not advise on the suitability or otherwise of your insurance cover. - 14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement. I acknowledge that these main points have been drawn to my attention and I have read and understood them.
