Excellent service. I rented a unit for a number of years with Elephant from pre-to post-Covid and I found the staff and the service to be impeccable. I was always able to speak to someone when I needed to, always got an answer promptly when I had a question, and found the office staff to be warm and friendly at all times. I would highly recommend this Irish-owned company. High tech with the human touch, a rare combination!

I could not be happier with elephant storage, from when I signed up until now my experience has been excellent. It is so well organized, trolleys always available and where they should be. The storage room and the whole place is absolutely spotless. Customer care is also excellent every time I’ve called or emailed them. Five stars from me!

I used Elephant Storage for a year and only vacated because I left the country. The facilities are clean and dry and I was even able to store clothes without problems. The rates are more than reasonable and my deposit was returned very promptly when I left. By far the best aspect is the staff and owners. Without exception all the people I dealt with over the year were friendly, trustworthy and always flexible to customer needs. I can thoroughly recommend Elephant Storage.
