Moving-In
All customers are signed in advance so there will be no change. All-access details will be sent to you prior to moving in.
Moving out
If using movers please give the movers your room number, key/code of lock and Access Code. They should also bring the lock to you if you are vacating completely.
Remove the lock and please text your room number to 083 8194044 / email info@elephant.ie us after you have vacated.
Your deposit will be refunded within 10 working days.
Need additional space/transfer
Arrange a new storage room by phone/email before your transfer date.
