What will you do?
As a Storage Advisor, your primary role is to support the customers and your team in running the facility’s day-to-day operations. This is an active role; you will not sit at a desk all day or be asked to move furniture or boxes. This role includes and involves sales, customer services and facilities management. This job is varied, meaning no day is the same.
You will demonstrate.

- Enthusiasm and consistency to work alone or within a team.
- Marketing / social media experience is a plus but not essential.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Delivery of excellent customer service by solving customer’s storage needs
- Improve & close sales targets through storeroom rent, insurance and selling packing supplies.
- Be confident dealing with people and negotiating day-to-day operations.
- Keep your facility up to the highest of cleanliness standards (i.e. Light cleaning units, office)
- Work independently on a day-to-day operation and also within the team
- Following store compliance and administration, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Contribute to new ideas and working on social media/advertising/marketing projects.
- Keyholding opening and closing shared between the team.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- College qualification.
- A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- A car for site travel or a full driver’s license.
Compensation
- Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 pa
- Mileage reimbursement for travelling to sites from Tallaght.
