Excellent service and very professional. Only a short term rental (this time) but very reassuring experience all the same. Deposit refunded quickly and without fuss at the end of the rental. Highly recommended.

Great experience! Would recommend 100%! Easy communication, understandable directions, easy access, everything's thought about. Even, when had some technical issues with card payments-sorted them out in highest professional way possible.

I used their storage for a month. Very happy with the service, the monitoring of the site, and the quality of the room itself (no water leaks when raining, clean floor, etc.). Previously I had had a bad experience with a competitor based in Citywest so I wouldn't take for granted all the above! Highly recommended.

A bit of a hike to travel from the city centre but always easy to access the storage unit and got a very good deal when renewing annually rather than monthly. Very happy with it to date. Staff have been helpful but I haven’t needed to engage them much since as everything is good.

Looking for storage unit and Elephant storage were certainly most competitive on pricing, rang to make appointment to call and view and Agnieszka showed me around and was very friendly and informative, easy process to sign up to reserve the unit. Would recommend .
