Flexible Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to move in.
If you cancel within the 48 hours prior to the move in date, your deposit will be refunded minus an admin fee of €25.

A bit of a hike to travel from the city centre but always easy to access the storage unit and got a very good deal when renewing annually rather than monthly. Very happy with it to date. Staff have been helpful but I haven’t needed to engage them much since as everything is good.

The service was amazing. We left our stuff for summer (2 months) and everything was easy. The place is clean, easy to access and everyone was super helpful. Recommend it 100%!!

Very good, I used the storage for 5 months while studying in Spain and it was very useful; my things were safe, dry, and I could easily access them when I needed to retrieve items. I loved it and will definitely use it again

I used their storage for a month. Very happy with the service, the monitoring of the site, and the quality of the room itself (no water leaks when raining, clean floor, etc.). Previously I had had a bad experience with a competitor based in Citywest so I wouldn't take for granted all the above! Highly recommended.

It’s a very good storage and the team is very good. I just won’t give five stars because they advertise on the homepage that the store has access 24/7 which is not true. We were there at the end of the day to unload our boxes and we needed to hurry up because they was closing. So we believed that we had plenty time and became a very stressed move.
