  • It’s a very good storage and the team is very good. I just won’t give five stars because they advertise on the homepage that the store has access 24/7 which is not true. We were there at the end of the day to unload our boxes and we needed to hurry up because they was closing. So we believed that we had plenty time and became a very stressed move.

  • A bit of a hike to travel from the city centre but always easy to access the storage unit and got a very good deal when renewing annually rather than monthly. Very happy with it to date. Staff have been helpful but I haven’t needed to engage them much since as everything is good.

  • I used their storage for a month. Very happy with the service, the monitoring of the site, and the quality of the room itself (no water leaks when raining, clean floor, etc.). Previously I had had a bad experience with a competitor based in Citywest so I wouldn't take for granted all the above! Highly recommended.
