I could not be happier with elephant storage, from when I signed up until now my experience has been excellent. It is so well organized, trolleys always available and where they should be. I used their storage for a month. Very happy with the service, the monitoring of the site, and the quality of the room itself (no water leaks when raining, clean floor, etc.). Previously I had had a bad experience with a competitor based in Citywest so I wouldn't take for granted all the above! Highly recommended.

Can't recommend highly enough. Everyone I dealt with has been helpful, friendly and professional. The units are good value as well. I always felt safe whenever I was there. The units are kept at a good temperature and are always dry. I had to move to a smaller unit during my time and it was no hassle at all.

A bit of a hike to travel from the city centre but always easy to access the storage unit and got a very good deal when renewing annually rather than monthly. Very happy with it to date. Staff have been helpful but I haven’t needed to engage them much since as everything is good.
