If you cancel within the 48 hours prior to the move in date, your deposit will be refunded minus an admin fee of €25.

Very good, I used the storage for 5 months while studying in Spain and it was very useful; my things were safe, dry, and I could easily access them when I needed to retrieve items. I loved it and will definitely use it again

I could not be happier with elephant storage, from when I signed up until now my experience has been excellent. It is so well organized, trolleys always available and where they should be. A bit of a hike to travel from the city centre but always easy to access the storage unit and got a very good deal when renewing annually rather than monthly. Very happy with it to date. Staff have been helpful but I haven’t needed to engage them much since as everything is good.

I used their storage for a month. Very happy with the service, the monitoring of the site, and the quality of the room itself (no water leaks when raining, clean floor, etc.). Previously I had had a bad experience with a competitor based in Citywest so I wouldn't take for granted all the above! Highly recommended.
