It’s a very good storage and the team is very good. I just won’t give five stars because they advertise on the homepage that the store has access 24/7 which is not true. We were there at the end of the day to unload our boxes and we needed to hurry up because they was closing. So we believed that we had plenty time and became a very stressed move.

I could not be happier with elephant storage, from when I signed up until now my experience has been excellent. It is so well organized, trolleys always available and where they should be. The storage room and the whole place is absolutely spotless. Customer care is also excellent every time I've called or emailed them. Five stars from me
