Is my booking flexible?
Yes! You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
You can change your move-in date up to 48 hours before the move-in
You can change your storeroom size at any stage.
Can I book and sign up online?
Yes, you can complete everything online in just a few minutes.
From booking to access, the entire process is digital so you can move in hassle-free.
Does my storage charge include Insurance?
Insurance is not included in the rental price. Insurance cover starts at €1.00 per week for cover up to €1000.
How do Elephant Subscriptions work?
An Elephant subscription is a simple, flexible way to rent storage space.
- You pay on a recurring basis, depending on the plan you choose: 4/13/26/52 weeks.
- There’s a minimum charge of 4 weeks.
- You can cancel anytime with 2 weeks’ notice.
- If you cancel, you’ll get a refund for any unused time (discounts not included).
- You can also change your plan before your next payment date.
It’s designed to be easy and flexible, so you’re not locked into a long-term contract.
How long can I use your storage facility?
You can stay as long as you need, there is no maximum stay. Minimum stay is 4 weeks.
