Great experience! Would recommend 100%! Easy communication, understandable directions, easy access, everything's thought about. Even, when had some technical issues with card payments-sorted them out in highest professional way possible.

I used their storage for a month. Very happy with the service, the monitoring of the site, and the quality of the room itself (no water leaks when raining, clean floor, etc.). Previously I had had a bad experience with a competitor based in Citywest so I wouldn't take for granted all the above! Highly recommended.

The stay at Elephant was effortless, easy and superb. Ladies made it so easy to join, board and when it came to leave it was super efficient and hassle free. Place is spotless, super secure, accessible. Top marks for customer service, and for storage facilities. You deserve more then 5 stars. Thank you very much for everything!!!! Highest recommendation for Elephant.

Excellent service and very professional. Only a short term rental (this time) but very reassuring experience all the same. Deposit refunded quickly and without fuss at the end of the rental. Highly recommended.

A bit of a hike to travel from the city centre but always easy to access the storage unit and got a very good deal when renewing annually rather than monthly. Very happy with it to date. Staff have been helpful but I haven’t needed to engage them much since as everything is good.

Very good, I used the storage for 5 months while studying in Spain and it was very useful; my things were safe, dry, and I could easily access them when I needed to retrieve items. I loved it and will definitely use it again
