  • Excellent service and very professional. Only a short term rental (this time) but very reassuring experience all the same. Deposit refunded quickly and without fuss at the end of the rental. Highly recommended.

  • A bit of a hike to travel from the city centre but always easy to access the storage unit and got a very good deal when renewing annually rather than monthly. Very happy with it to date. Staff have been helpful but I haven’t needed to engage them much since as everything is good.

  • Can't recommend highly enough. Everyone I dealt with has been helpful, friendly and professional. The units are good value as well. I always felt safe whenever I was there. The units are kept at a good temperature and are always dry. I had to move to a smaller unit during my time and it was no hassle at all.

  • I used their storage for a month. Very happy with the service, the monitoring of the site, and the quality of the room itself (no water leaks when raining, clean floor, etc.). Previously I had had a bad experience with a competitor based in Citywest so I wouldn't take for granted all the above! Highly recommended.

  • Very good, I used the storage for 5 months while studying in Spain and it was very useful; my things were safe, dry, and I could easily access them when I needed to retrieve items. I loved it and will definitely use it again

  • I could not be happier with elephant storage, from when I signed up until now my experience has been excellent. It is so well organized, trolleys always available and where they should be. The storage room and the whole place is absolutely spotless. Customer care is also excellent every time I've called or emailed them. Five stars from me
