I used their storage for a month. Very happy with the service, the monitoring of the site, and the quality of the room itself (no water leaks when raining, clean floor, etc.). Previously I had had a bad experience with a competitor based in Citywest so I wouldn't take for granted all the above! Highly recommended.

It’s a very good storage and the team is very good. I just won’t give five stars because they advertise on the homepage that the store has access 24/7 which is not true. We were there at the end of the day to unload our boxes and we needed to hurry up because they was closing. So we believed that we had plenty time and became a very stressed move.

I let my belongings here because I moved out of apartment and went back to France for a while. I check out my belongings and they were in the same state as before ! Client service was perfect by email and on site. I recommend it 👍

Looking for storage unit and Elephant storage were certainly most competitive on pricing, rang to make appointment to call and view and Agnieszka showed me around and was very friendly and informative, easy process to sign up to reserve the unit. Would recommend .

Can't recommend highly enough. Everyone I dealt with has been helpful, friendly and professional. The units are good value as well. I always felt safe whenever I was there. The units are kept at a good temperature and are always dry. I had to move to a smaller unit during my time and it was no hassle at all.

A bit of a hike to travel from the city centre but always easy to access the storage unit and got a very good deal when renewing annually rather than monthly. Very happy with it to date. Staff have been helpful but I haven’t needed to engage them much since as everything is good.
